Our client is a leading MSP based in Reading, Berkshire. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Helpdesk Manager to join a friendly and relaxed team. Reporting into the Technical Director and becoming an integral part of the management team you will oversee a team of 8 Helpdesk staff supporting up to 70 clients and dealing with 40 plus tickets per day. Being confident and comfortable with internals team and external clients is the key to this role. The ideal candidate will be a people person with excellent team management skills whilst still being able to assist the team on the helpdesk.
